Costumes are encouraged but not required for this non-scary, family-friendly event. Tot Park is located at 1114 Ashland Ave. in New Whiteland. To get to the park, take Ashland Ave north from Tracy Road. The park will be on your left between Windermere and Winthrop Roads.
