If insurance is being provided by participants at your facility, please note that while we can attempt to bill most insurance companies, we cannot guarantee coverage/eligibility. It is the policy holder’s responsibility to check eligibility for services rendered. $40 without insurance. Cash, check or credit card payment is expected at time of vaccination.
*In case of inclement weather, the clinic will move inside the library.
