Play, sing, laugh and dance at the Read to Me Jamboree, Early Childhood Learning Festival!

Everyone is invited to meet award-winning children's author Janna Matthies, international children's recording artists Nathalia, and enjoy snacks and activities as you learn how to enhance your child's learning experience. You do not have to be a Johnson County resident to attend this free event at the Clark Pleasant Branch Library. Caregivers will learn about Every Child Ready to Read early literacy practices and activities that they can do at home.

  • Get your picture taken with a costume character
  • Enjoy early literacy activities
  • Face painting, food and fun
