JCPL offers confidential assistance and referrals. The service is available weekly on a walk-in basis. When you arrive at the Branch, please ask a staff member where to go for assistance.

Schedule of Hours and Locations

• Franklin Branch: Mondays 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

• White River Branch: Tuesdays 1-7 p.m.
