In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, this featured cookbook is "Easy Hawaiian Cookbook" by Philip 'Ippy' Aiona found on Hoopla. Hoopla accounts are free for JCPL patrons and the free app can be downloaded to your device. Library staff can help you download and use the app to find the cookbook and choose a recipe. After you decide which recipe you will prepare, visit or call (317-885-1330) the White River Adult Reference Desk to sign up for your recipe so that we don't have duplicates. Then on the day of the program bring your prepared dish, serving utensils and your appetite so we can all sample everyone's delicious creations. The Library will provide plates, napkins and utensils.
