This program is meant to provide basic technology help – we are unable to assist with in-depth technology issues, hardware repairs, or specialized software instruction. Please bring any devices that you have questions about. Also, bring any relevant login information (e.g. usernames and passwords) for accounts related to your questions. Sessions will be limited to 15 minutes when others are waiting. A one-on-one book-a-librarian appointment may be scheduled for a later time for questions requiring more than 15 minutes of help.
