Firefly Children and Family Alliance will present data on Indiana foster care and how to become a foster parent in the Johnson County community. A question and answer session will follow the program.
Presented by Firefly Children and Family Alliance, a private, non-profit agency serving the needs of families, children, and individuals in Central Indiana. This program will present data on the number of children who are in the temporary care of Indiana Department of Child Services. We’ll explore and suggest how you can support children in foster care from our own community. We will focus on just some of the ways Firefly Children and Family Alliance and its network of foster parents is helping to preserve and uplift at-risk families. If you, or someone you know, is interested in learning more about supporting vulnerable children and their families by becoming a foster family, please join us! This program will include time for questions from the attendees.
