Audrey Johnson presents music & stories of early American history, with costumes and participation that will bring our nation’s history & the signing of the Declaration of Independence to life.
Bring your lawn chairs! Concert will be held at the Trafalgar Community Amphitheater, located at 335 Pleasant St, Trafalgar, IN 46181. In case of inclement weather, the performance will move indoors to Trafalgar Library.
In the show, So Wondrous Free: A Musical Journey to the Declaration of Independence, concert attendees will take a journey back in time, examining the evolving meaning of freedom, from our American ancestors to present, which we continue to develop with the Declaration of Independence as our guide and our collective goals of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."
The final song of the performance will include lyrics written by attendees of the historical songwriting workshop at 2 PM that day at Trafalgar Library.
